One winless team remains , its not Det, Jax, Chi, NYG, NYJ... its the Las Vegas Raiders.
So on to week 4 matchup with Denver everyone will bring up one or many of these points. Denver is terrible on offense, Vegas is home, have more weapons, can't "see" them going to 4-0... all are facts. My knee jerk reaction was Raiders all in!!! but then they opened at only -2. honestly I was expecting 3.5 or higher and should get there with all the action that's already going to the Raiders...
Ill be keeping an eye on this line and will probably jump on raiders, but I have a feeling it will be the square play of the week and my only loss last week was betting the over Mia TT even though the was one of the squarest plays I have ever seen.

Brutal start to the season. Lifelong Raider fan here. I would advise not to trust my team until they prove it, and prove it, and prove it again lol. There is a disconnect there, and I feel like it has to do with the HC. Not to get technical, because I could type about this for an hour, but with the offensive weapons we have......and the amount of matchup zone teams play nowadays, there is ZERO reason not to just let those dudes run option routes and flood zones all day long. The plays are very rigid, and Carr (who suffers from being a people pleaser) is trying too hard to make the right reads for the HC. Carr works best when he is given free reign over that offense, the guy is very good, but the HC kinda has him reeled in right now, and the whole team is suffering.
Carr is a good soldier, he will do whatever he thinks the coach wants, and unfortunately that includes some very literal interpretation of his offense. Carr has the most 4th quarter comebacks I think since he got into the league (or close to it), most of that is ad-libbing. If they wanna turn this season around McDaniels has to loosen the reigns on the offense. This is not New England. We do not have a top 10 defense. I think McDaniels naturally feels like he has to prove it this time around, or he ends up a lifetime OC who failed twice running the show, which is fine, so just accept it. While the dichotomy of all that is happening though, this team suffers. They had a chance to win week 1 despite multiple turnovers (most were Carr desperately trying to make McDaniel's designed plays forcibly work), week 2, had a big lead, then Carr follows the New England McDaniels script he is given, and the offense goes stagnant, heartbreaking loss. Arizona just slowly clawed their way back and we made stupid mistakes again. Should've won by 30 week 2. Week 3, just cmon, losing becomes contagious.......
I think they have the pieces to turn it around, but I would not trust them outright. That game is however, a really nice looking short line for a 10 point teaser. I think I will include both sides (LV and Den) as part of a few 10 point 3 teamers.
BOL to ya, believe me nobody wants to beat the Broncos and Mr. Unlimited more than me, but I will believe it when I see it.

it seems like they get out the gates like a pile of crap, against Tenn, and Chargers they had to claw back to make it interesting. and Az they did the opposite and should have won that game.... not sure if its coaching or what but they are to talented to be this bad.
Also its at home vs the most hated of rivals... if there was ever a MUST win game for a team in week 4 this is it.... but again that's what everyone will be saying which will make them the square bet of the week.

So if you believe that the Raiders will make the playoffs then u have to bet them this game....In NFL history only 6 teams that started the season 0-3 have made the playoffs...only 1 team that started the season 0-4 have made the playoffs... 100% absolute must win game...Refs might step in and assist the Raiders if need be....
I will be on Denver 1st half and Raiders 2nd half...

That is partly why I feel like the line is ripe to be exploited on a large teaser. I think the odds of Denver going into Oakland and blowing them out is low, and I would expect the worst loss that can happen here for Oakland to be a small, tight, heartbreaking one.
Lots of gambling is spots, we all know this, this is a good spot for Oakland. Plus when you flip it you get +7.5 at home. The Pack at home as a PK vs the Patriots without Mac Jones is also a nice add there as the 2nd leg.
Oakland. lol. I mean Las Vegas. I haven't adjusted to it yet.

Lifelong Raiders fan here to bud and I 100% agree with everything you said here. We were winning all the close ones last year and this year the exact opposite of that, so frustrating. The play calling has been awful so far and that needs to change in a big hurry starting on Sunday.
You learn more from losing than winning. You learn how to keep going.

Their 0-3 but I don't really hate what i've seen, they're just a sloppy football team that hasn't put everything together yet. They lost to Arizona and Tennessee because their pass rush is nonexistent and Adams and Carr aren't on the same page yet, if they are to turn it on, I don't believe it'd be against this Denver defense. I took the under here personally but if I had to take a side it'd be wait for three with Denver.

well it does matter if they win this week because I betting this week, but start the season 0-4 especially in the afc and this division it will also matter on them making the playoffs.

I didn't say shit about chargers and for all you know Chiefs may falter
The fact is, with 7 teams and a weak south divisions, it's not hard to fathom .
It's also based on where the money has gone. It's about the owners. Not the teams

Excellent non biased dissertation of one's team. The guy's who watch a team regularly, albeit rooting for said team, and can still see what is going on is gold.

Our O-Line is also terrible, and the more I watch All-22 film the more I think Chandler Jones made out like a bandit on this contract. It is like we got rid of an overpaid D-End who is still eating off of one or 1.5 good seasons, and got another underperforming overpaid one. Nate Hobbs is a really good corner, I can see that plain as day watching the film. The main problem I see is that Carr seems hesitant to not go where I believe the HC is telling him to go with the ball. I think McDaniels loves himself some McDaniels
Basically I think Carr would never undress his OC before halftime like Mahomes did to Eric Bienemy. I like Derek a lot, but I think he can be a little bit of a cuck sometimes. I wish someone would take him to a dive bar, get him drunk, then drag him to a strip club, and buy him some blow, fuck some chicks, and get in a good bar fight. That is what DC needs. Guy has to loosen tf up. He needs to be more like a QB that would.....i dont know......maybe steal welfare money from the government to pay slave labor to build something for his daughter.....or send picks of his dong to a hot little sideline reporter like another #4 I know.....you know.....just be more of a gunslinger.......just have fun out there....drawing plays up in the sandlot.
F the broncos and F russell wilson we are going to kick their asses this weekend.
See, theres the Raider fan in me coming out, instead of being rational and explaining route design issues lol
God if we lose to that little clown Wilson I am gonna be so hot

Mark Davis should of kept Rich Bisaccia, through the Gruden turmoil in 2021, Bisaccia lead the Raiders to a rare playoff appearance, their first in five years and deserved to continue as Head Coach in 2022.

One of the benefits of having Bisaccia, in my opinion, was that he let the inmates kind of run the asylum. My understanding was that last year Carr basically called his own plays at the line, which if you ever watch how much he talked and audibled at the line last year, is probably true. That is sort of my point above, I think that in the long term, McDaniels is trying to force a square peg in a circle hole. I think he wants his way to work so bad, and Carr is such a company man, that it is almost destined to fail lol. A lot of McDaniels talking points over the summer were him desperately trying to drive home one point to the media over and over again......that last time he was too young and he learned from his mistakes and is more experienced now and knows how to do this HC thing properly now. Fool me once.......
Plus, how many times are we gonna see someone fail without Tom Brady? I kind of hate the guy, and I still have nightmares about the Tuck Rule, but the truth is all these guys ate because of him, coaches, players, everyone, and for the most part they fail without him.
I hope I am wrong, but the spread is probably -350 that I am right. I wanna like McDaniels, but I just don't. I really wish we kept Rich. I never did think McD was gonna be a good fit for the Raiders. I really hope he proves me wrong.
