That was so strange and if Suns were up 13 they would have been fouling non-stop this is why I can't with the NBA
@davemsh
I had the opposite didn't watch the game but I find it hard to believe Jazz didn't try and foul in that situation maybe not called that was very strange

I didn't wanna believe that to be the case like so much had to go right or game over like what happened instead of trying to tie with a 3 or a 2 if they were lucky and Suns missed a ftw. I've just never seen that before

@Kaname484
Actually Jazz did foul on the offensive rebound by Ayton with under 1 second but they waived it off..I think Ayton would have purposely missed a FT anyhow so that time would expire off the rebound.. But refs decided time ran out and no foul

They couldn't get a rebound in the last three minutes against Ayton. So it made no sense that even if Phoenix missed the shot and were planning on getting the miracle timeout with 2 seconds left, THEY COULDN'T GET THE REBOUND. The key move was Monty Williams fouling with 26.7 seconds left up by three. Brilliant. He forced the rookie coach to make a bad decision.

its not a championship or playoffs game 6 or 7, so they can still make a lot of reasons to defend their decision right and make it look normal.
Maybe they tried it out in this “reg season” and if they gone successful, they have the experienced in playoffs to do it again if situation comes isnt it? LOL
now my statement above looks like a stretch right? I tried though but its hard to sugar coat it lol.
if this is finals. Then they wont get away with it without a noise. This will be on headline, critics, media, fans, spectators…….
been telling whats abnormal before will become normal now and condition us slowly that hey its normal.

@Miracling2
I wasn't sure if this was an analytics move as that BS is taking over the sports world. It just baffled me to think a team thought they would have a better shot to win with with 2 secs left then fouling when in reality they probably would have taken a 3 anyway in that situation when at worst they could have taken a 3 to tie if Suns had made it a 3 point game. He really couldn't defend that if he tried just ass backwards coaching I'm sure nobody asked it in the press conf as your right its just a reg season game and now Jazz have gone from 1st to 8th in a matter of a week... Fuc.king NBA at its best
