Week 14 - NCAAF - ATS/OU - Conference Championship Week - Lines at Heritage - In Order of Priority
1) Michigan -16.5 over Purdue - Neutral Field - Indianapolis
Predicted Score - Michigan 38 Purdue 14
Rationale - Everything on the line for the Leaders and the Best...Lots of Chalk in a C-Game, but big difference is talent, and coaching, in my opinion...Purdue does not have much of a running game, and will rely on AOC, who's older brother passed away this week...Brohm and Purdue always a risk for a BDC, but I think Michigan will follow its example from last season and win and cover on Saturday.
2) Georgia -17.5 over Louisiana State - Neutral Field - Atlanta
Predicted Score - Georgia 42 Louisiana State 17
Rationale - Similar to Michigan, UGA will TCB...Lost the SEC T Game last season...From my perspective, Michigan and Georgia are the only elite teams this season...Some rag Kirby Smart for taking the foot off the pedal (see Tenn game) where the UGA D is dominating...With a month to prepare and get healthy, and to leave no doubt that UGA should be #1 in the final CFP poll, I think he will let the offense hum for 3 quarters, and play shut down D...Daniels can be dangerous for LSU if healthy...but, I don't believe that he will be at 100% on Saturday. Like many pundits have referenced, Kelly has LSU ahead of schedule in its rebuild, but I think reality will hit LSU about half way through the 3rd quarter. LSU lacks elite WR's and secondary like they have had in the past. There is no question the LSU WRs and secondary are good, just not elite. I think UGA TCB's and covers...

Score Prediction - Texas - San Antonio 35 North Texas 21
Rationale - Yes, I know the outcome of the previous game was a 4 point delta...UTSA has been of an enigma...But, with a CUSA Championship on the line, playing in front of the home fans, I think they will get it done. I believe this will be Frank Harris last game at home. So they will want to send him out a winner. Chalk is a bit steep at -8.5, but I will take my chances. The bottom line is that UTSA has only lost two games Texas and Houston...Texas was close for 3 quarters and Houston beat them in double overtime. I think UTSA will TCB win and cover.
4) Clemson -7.5 over North Carolina - Neutral Field - Charlotte
Predicted Score - Clemson 38 North Carolina 27
Another enigma is Clemson...DJ has been marginal at QB, by Clemson standards, and Clemson has not been its usual self...With that being said, Clemson has superior talent and incrementally better coaching. They have a relatively strong D, a stud RB in Shipley who can catch the ball out of the backfield, and a reasonable game manager for a QB. For NC Maye is a phenom for a true freshman, and Josh Downs, may be the best player on the field. NC has won a lot of close games this season...Which makes me wonder truly how good they are...I think NC's D is historically bad, though I don't think Clemson has the horses to completely exploit it. I think NC's O Line is suspect, and Maye will be pressured. Game on a neutral field, and I believe there will be 2 to 1 Clemson fans. And last season Pitt represented Clemson's division in the ACC C Game. So, I think Clemson will do enough to win and cover, and play in a NYD game as the ACC Champion.
It has been a weird NCAAF season with regard to capping...Hard to predict with a lot of variability. I hope to finish the season strong this week and then start preparing for opps during bowl season. Again, do your own research, and don't blindly fade or tail anyone, especially not a sub 50% capper like me this season! Good Luck to all this week!

I will add that I disagree, it’s been a very lucrative year for some, especially those prudent enough to consider underdogs…
I would also disagree with “don’t blindly fade or tail anyone”. There are a select few imo that I would tail if I was Joe Public. I won’t mention other brilliant Cappers in your thread, but there are a handful of Geniuses in this NCAAF Forum.
GL this week LHH…. let me know if we can coordinate a Wolfeman vs Longhorn Hoosier Bowl contest for charity of choice!! I have $500 for your that charity says my crotchety old ass will whoop you.
