WVU’s current Adj. Efficiency is ranked 363/364.  I don’t believe the books have caught up yet to this coaching change - Ross Hodge is now at WV from North Texas, who runs the slowest Offense in college basketball.  Lehigh is coming off a road matchup at Houston (who is ranked 362/364 in Adj. Tempo) and that game easily went under.  This is a very similar analytical matchup.  Last season Lehigh had 2 non-conference games against high majors with Adj. Tempo between 300-364 (Northwestern and UCLA) and both went under.

Penn +1.5 (-115) 1.15 Units 

Fran Mccaffrey has taken over the reigns at Penn and they’re going to run and gun as he did at Iowa.  Coming off a 100+ point tune up earlier this week.  This is a much more talented roster than American and coaching pedigree rarely found at an Ivy.  American Defensive Efficiency ranked 287/364 with Penn Offense 179/364 (and will be on the climb as Fran gets his offense cooking). In my opinion, this line should be flipped, so finding some nice value here.
